Pour calculer la vacance locative, vous devez conna\u00eetre deux informations cl\u00e9s : la dur\u00e9e pendant laquelle le bien immobilier \u00e9tait inoccup\u00e9 et la p\u00e9riode totale de location possible.<\/p>\n<p>Voici comment proc\u00e9der :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9terminez la p\u00e9riode totale de location possible : cela correspond \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de la p\u00e9riode de location standard, qui peut varier en fonction de la r\u00e9gion, du type de bien immobilier et du march\u00e9 locatif. Par exemple, si la p\u00e9riode de location standard dans votre r\u00e9gion est de 12 mois, la p\u00e9riode totale de location possible pour un bien immobilier est de 12 mois.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9terminez la dur\u00e9e de la vacance locative : il s&rsquo;agit du temps pendant lequel le bien immobilier \u00e9tait inoccup\u00e9.
