Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022, le taux de r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;imp\u00f4t reste le m\u00eame, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire 12 % pour une dur\u00e9e de location de 6 ans, 18 % pour une location de 9 ans et enfin <strong>21 %<\/strong> pendant 12 ans. \u00c0 partir de 2023, les taux de r\u00e9duction d&rsquo;imp\u00f4ts seront les suivants : 10.5%, 15% ou 17.5% sur les m\u00eames dur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, la nouvelle norme environnementale <strong>RE2020 est la nouvelle norme \u00e0 laquelle les investisseurs doivent se conformer pour les logements achet\u00e9s en 2022<\/strong> (le permis de construire a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e aussi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du Pinel +<\/h2>\n<p>Les investisseurs pourront se pr\u00e9munir d&rsquo;un logement avec des conditions pr\u00e9cises :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il doit \u00eatre situ\u00e9 dans un quartier prioritaire de la ville (QPV)<\/li>\n<li>Ou bien en zone Pinel.
