Cependant, <strong>ce statut avantageux est soumis \u00e0 certaines conditions d&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9<\/strong>, portant avant tout sur les modalit\u00e9s de location du bien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rappel des conditions pour louer en LMNP<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;option privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e des investisseurs est d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;investissement<span class=\"JsGRdQ\">\u00a0dans un appartement <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">neuf en r\u00e9sidence g\u00e9r\u00e9e (\u00c9tudiante, S\u00e9nior, Tourisme ou Affaire), qui<\/span>\u00a0suppose de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer la gestion locative du bien.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Plusieurs avantages \u00e0 ce choix : en LMNP, il n&rsquo;y a <strong>aucun plafond de ressources<\/strong> <strong>fix\u00e9 pour le locataire<\/strong>, ni aucun plafond de loyer pour le bailleur.
