S\u2019agissant d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant, il peut \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 9 mois. Il est renouvelable tacitement au moment de son \u00e9ch\u00e9ance. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie correspond \u00e0 2 mois de loyer hors charges.
